United States, European Union, United Kingdom & International Compliance

1. 18+ Adult Virtual Simulation & 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption

The OATH Platform is an entirely fictional, computer-generated adult roleplay and telemetry control system intended exclusively for consenting individuals aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Exemption: All avatars, models, and graphical assets depicted, linked, or simulated herein are digitally synthesized Second Life / OpenSim mesh avatars and virtual simulations. No visual depictions of actual human beings engaging in sexually explicit conduct are hosted, created, or maintained on this platform.

2. Safe, Sane, Consensual (SSC) & RACK Framework

All power-exchange and bondage mechanics (including RLV movement locks, sensory deprivation, and haptic stimulation) operate strictly under the principles of Risk-Aware Consensual Kink (RACK) and Safe, Sane, and Consensual (SSC) conduct.

Wearers retain the non-negotiable right to trigger 911 Distress or invoke safewords at any time. An emergency trigger overrides all viewer locks, unwelds hardware restraints, and transmits real-time location telemetry to emergency contacts.

3. European Union GDPR Disclosure (Regulation EU 2016/679)

Data Controller: The OATH System Platform.

  • Article 6(1)(a) — Consent: General location telemetry and haptic logs are processed only with explicit wearer consent toggled in the safety portal.
  • Article 6(1)(d) — Vital Interests: In an Emergency 911 scenario, location telemetry and SLURL coordinates are processed unconditionally to preserve user safety and welfare.
  • Article 17 — Right to Erasure: Users may request immediate purge of all non-audit telemetry and linked avatar identifiers.
  • Article 32 — Security of Processing: All event ledgers are cryptographically hashed using SHA-256 HMAC non-repudiation chains.

4. California CCPA / CPRA & "Do Not Sell My Info" Notice

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal data.

WE DO NOT SELL OR SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION: The OATH System never monetizes, rents, trades, or transfers user telemetry, IP addresses, or intimate device usage to any third party.

5. Haptic Hardware CE / FCC Part 15 & Physiological Safety

Lovense®, Intiface® Central, and Buttplug.io hardware devices connect via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Users must comply with manufacturer guidelines regarding usage duration. Prolonged, continuous high-frequency vibration (>30 minutes) may cause temporary nerve desensitization or motor overheating. The platform provides an instant hardware Kill-Switch to cease all haptic pulses immediately.

FCC Part 15 Class B Notice: Wireless communication conforms to FCC radio frequency radiation exposure limits for unregulated environments.
